All orders processed within 3-5 business days. Estimated transit time listed below next to the shipping method and is in addition to processing time.
Your order will be packed and headed to your pup within 3-5 business days. As soon as it ships, you will receive a notification with tracking details.
To help keep costs down (as carriers continue to raise rates), we ship primarily via FedEx Ground. In some cases, your order may be delivered by USPS as part of the final delivery process. Please note we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

- USPS Priority Mail®: 1-3 business days
- UPS Ground Shipping®: 1-5 business days
- UPS/FedEx 2-Day®: 2 business days
We offer flat-rate ground shipping* for all orders (This offer is not valid for wholesale customers).
*Excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories. We offer ground shipping rates to Hawaii and Alaska, as well as all US territories, including AFO/FPO. The shipping rates are calculated dynamically based on the weight of your order and shipping address.
